Lark suddenly was by Haleigh's side, and glared at Kali. "watch where your going." Then she helped Haleigh up.

"Geez, it was an accident, lighten up" Kali then turned around to Haleigh again and apologized once again before running off to work.

Lark smirked then turned to Haleigh. "I need to talk to you."

Haleigh wanted to run away but Lark was acting nice.

Kali stopped to realize her left leg felt unusually light, she found she dropped her gun when she knocked over Haleigh, "damn it all" and she ran back.

Haleigh's eyes widen. It was probably a trap but she stayed anyway. "What?" Haleigh asked.

"Your life is in danger, and now I'm going to help you."

Kali ran back to see a gun beside Haleigh's foot "My bad, I'll go now" and she took the gun and ran away again.

Haleigh didn't believe Lark and she got back on her bike a drove away,back to house. Lark threw a rock at the tire and knocked Haleigh off.

Kali realizes it was her day off and walked home feeling like a moron, she sees Haleigh on the ground. "Are you okay?" Kali helps Haleigh up, "Well at least it wasn't my fault this time"

Lark was by Haleigh's side again, helping her up. "You have to believe me! The men that I work for, they want to kill you, for your dad's money."

"Then why were you helping them?"Haleigh asked a little frustrated. She wiped the dirt of her blue tank top.

"Because one of them promised me cash, but...."

Haleigh crossed her arms and relpied "But what?"

"Ookay looks like I walked into something so I'll just go now...." Kali walks away and drops her police badge.
