I sat in a desk in Literature class, taking notes as Mrs. K went on and on and on...
I found myself doodling bats and cats in the margin of my paper. -
The class was finally over, and Mr. Krang told all of us that there would be a test on Friday, blah blah blah. I already know all the stuff. So, it won't matter.
I walked out of the classroom and went into the cafeteria. -
I quit doodling and looked up. The class was over. I realized the paper was completely covered, except for my name in the corner: Zenna. I left and went to the cafeteria.

I looked around and sat down at the nearest empty table. I wasn't popular. If you were popular in this school, you must be rich. I am not rich. I'm a freak, of course. Well, no one knew my little secret. That is how it's going to stay.

I didn't see a spot to sit. Most of the tables were full. Except for this one where a girl was sitting alone. I walked over. "May I sit here?"

I looked up.
"Um, yea, sure." I smiled weakly and went back to eating my skittles. I looked back up at the girl and held out my bag of skittles. "Want one?" I asked her, smiling innocently. -

I sat down. "Sure. Thanks," I said, taking a skittle.

I smiled and took back my hand.
"So, whats your name?" I asked her, reaching into the skittles bag and plopping one in my mouth. -
"Zenna. What's yours?" I asked, opening my lunch.

"Olivia," I said, reaching into my bag and pulling out a Subway sandwhitch. I un-wrapped the sandwhich and took a bite. It tasted so good... "Nice to meet you, Zenna." I said, after swallowing.

"Nice to meet you, too." I took my PB & J sandwich out of my bag and took a bite.

I ate the rest of my lunch and sat back.
"What class to you have next?" I asked Zenna. -
I took a sip of my soda. "Uh, English."

I raised an eyebrow.
"I just came from there," I looked at my schedule. I was having a hard time memorizing it. "I have Literature next," I said, putting away the schedule and looking up at Zenna.
