"Okay. I will. It was, um, kinda nice meeting you... bye." I walked out, forgetting the case in the bushes. As I walked home, I saw that girl, Maru. And another demon. I didn't dare pause, even though I was at the end of the sidewalk opposite the one she was on. Hurry home, before they notice you, I thought, quickening my pace.

Maru felt much better after telling everything to Sihn. It lifted a burden off of her. "You have not met Jasmine, have you?" she asked.
Sihn smirked. "I'm not sure I'd want to." she said.
Maru winced. "Please don't think badly of her. She really is like a sister to me.." she said. -
Maru looked up and saw the demon hunter girl pacing quickly past her on the sidewalk opposite to her.
"Where are you off to?" she called to the girl, standing. -
manders NoviceJasmine was still looking for Maru , it was harder then usual something was making it harder but she was getting closer still.

(My friends are nice, just think I'm crazy. And only support my writing dream when I'm writing fanfics, because otherwise they say I write crazy stories about death... :/ )

Maru stepped closer to the girl, waiting for a response. -
I turned, my eyes wide again. Don't cry... don't cry... I looked at the other demon, then back at Maru. "Um, home..."

Sihn stood, intrigued by Maru's sudden interest in the human girl. She crossed the street and walked over to the girl, leaning close to her.

I stepped quickly away from the other demon.

Sihn quickly reached out and grabbed the girl's wrist, pulling her back toward her. She looked her up and down.
"I don't get it. Maru, who is she?" she asked. -
manders NoviceMatt was walking home and saw Maru with someone he didn't know and Erin . He ran and he ran fast, he was there in a second and said "hello everyone , how is everything?"

I tried to pull my wrist away from the demon. "Can you let go of me?"

Maru looked over at Matt, surprised by his sudden arrival. Sihn also looked over at him, still tightly clutching the girl's wrist. She licked her lips.
"You've made a lot of new friends, haven't you? Who is this one?" she asked. -
I kept trying to pull my wrist away.

Maru smirked.
"The human is not my friend, she's a hunter. An insult to amateurs. And him," she said, motioning toward Matt. "That's Matt. I don't really know him all that well, so.."
