  alright........
  
  there are some guys that JUST CAN"T get big arms...not matter how hard they work at it no matter how hard they try they are phyically incapable, of big arms...even if there REALLY fit the big arms just...ya they don't happen....
  
  here's the thing...the size of musclular growth in the arms and shoulders is directly related to how much testosterone you have...hence if you don't have much your not going to get big arms, and shoulders no matter what...if you have ALOT not matter how little you work out, your arms will never get really small...
