Bella looked at Lena than to Peyton. She burst out into tears once more.

Dylan heard the rushing and crying from upstairs, curious. "What...is going on up there?" He asked Carri. "Oh my GOD, Dylan! WHat are you doing here?! God damn..." Brandon wasn't coming, he was too far away. Carri picked up Dylan. "Oof!" He was heavy.
She flew up stairs and laid him down on the floor in Peyton's room. "If she couldn't stay awake before, she will now." -
Lilly went to comfort Bella, but froze in place when she laid eyes on Dyylan. "What..the..?!"

Bella's eyes went wide at the site of Dylan.
"Oh, my God." She said. She didn't move. It was hard to believe. "Dylan..." She said. -
Lena knew Dylan was here. But she was worried for a whole other reason: where was Roger? Why wasn't he here?
SHe tried not to notice Dylan, but focused on the task at hand. She pulled up the covers and closed Peyton's eyelids. She then whispered in Peyton's ears, "You'll be okay. You have to be."
Dylan turned his head, smiling at everyone. He stopped smiling when he saw Peyton. "Peyton...? Peyton! Is she okay?" Panic entered his voice. -
Peyton heard the voices. But she didn't wake. Was she in a coma? Was she dead?
Bella finally ran over to Dylan and hugged him tight. She started to cry harder into ylan's shoulder.
Sonia turned her head away from Dylan and wiped a tear away from her cheek. She hated crying. Just like Peyton. -
Lena stood up, stared at Peyton and smiled. "She's going to be fine. I just need to fix a few things, run a few tests, and we'll find out her condition." SHe then looked at Dylan. "Now what to do with you?" She smiled walked over and hugged him tight. "It's good to have you you back." Dylan hugged back, and then looked at Bella. "How's life, sis?" He smiled.

Bella laughed dryly and wiped away her tears.
"So far, not so good," She said, gestering to Peyton.
Peyton coughed again and tried to open her eyes. The sharp pains weren't so sharp. She lifted up her hand and tried to feel around.
Was she alone? -
Lena went back to Peyton and stabbed her lightly on the finger. Peyton didn't react: no conscious reflexes.
Lena knew automatically that the coma inducing Powder was working perfectly. "She can hear us, by the way."
Dylan looked at Bella. "Hey, everything's gonna work out. I'm here to save the day, everything's gonna be all right." He hugged her close, knowing that he missed her more than anything in the world. Her...and Peyton. -
Bella smiled at her big brother. She was so happy to have him back.
Peyton heard a very, very, very familar voice. She felt a pang of happiness.
She almost smiled.
