I remember when I lived in Okinawa my mom would go this place we called "The Monkey store" because of the monkey on the sign (lol) which had a gardening section. And we would look at and choose flowers for my mom's garden. ^_^ That was a cool time and place.

LoL another thought, I remember we were moving back to the states and being in the airport in Toyko. I went up a wrong escalator and my dad had to go get me. And as I was sitting with my mom waiting for our plane or something an older Japanese woman came and asked if she could touch my hair (because they believe golden hair was lucky).
