I turned voice over on because I wanted to see what it was like and I can't turn it off. I'm on the first...page I guess? and I can't get to the next page which is where settings is.

hold down the menu button til an apple symbol pops up, thats restarting it, then it'll be okies

then try again, it should be fine.
