Alex grinned back and started to dive into the speghetti and meatballs. Even though he had a packet of crisps.
"Really Good! Scrap being a lawyer, be a chef!"
He munched heartily once more. -
She laughed.
"Well, I had to know how to cook. Especially when Dad had people over. He's a terrible cook. I taught myself. And my mom was never home, so she rarely ate." She told him, eating her own spagetti. "But, Im glad you like it. I've never been complicated on my cooking before. Especially when I made Soba." -
He nearly finished his plate. Somthing triggered in his brain: his manners.
He sat up and ate slowly, and didnt talk with his mouth full.
"You can make soba?! You must be really good! Your mom and dad must be proud to have such a skilled chef in the house!" -
She was almost done with her food.
"Yea, I can make soba. Not the kind with everything in it, but just the regular, y'know. And my parents don't even realize what I do for them. They've never thanked me. They just tell me to do the dishes. Which, I never do. My sister does..." She wondered off, then went back to reality. "Movie?" -
He finished too.
"Sure why not. Why dont you pick a movie, and i'll take the trays back to the kitchen."
He picked Peytons tray and his own and took it back to the Kitchen, where he washed them. It was the least he could do. -
She sighed and picked out a movie. Something they'd both like. Holy Grail (I've never atually seen it, I just couldn't pick something else. XD)
"Alex? You ready?" She called up the stairs. -
"YEAH! IM COMING!"
He limped down the stairs and sat down.
"So, what did you pick? -
"The Holy Grail." She said. "I really didn't see anything else that we'd both like, so I choose this one." She kneeled down and put in the DVD. She got up, once the DVD was in, and sat back down with the remote in hand.

"Okay. Thats cool"
He got ready to watch the movie. -
She pressed play and the movie started. Peyton leaned back and sighed softly.

Even though the film didnt even start, his eyes was glued to the screen. He was prepared just in case anything came on that..was..scary.

Peyton was already dozing off, kind of swaying her head. She rubbed her eyes so she could stay awake.

"Hey Peyton?"

She jerked awake.
"Yes?" She looked at Alex. -
He didnt move his head.
"Your dozing off arent you?"
