ok, I wish I could make my own you tube videos, but I am not old enough to make an account, and I wont know how to do all of those amazing effects or even time stuff!!!

you need to be 13 up to get an account on youtube
and that stuff is pretty easy with the easiest program: windows movie maker or imac
also, if you wanted to be features you could have just asked xD i've done three journal features on dA -
You need to be 18 to have a Youtube account.
