@Mo: My dad just got diagonosed with diabetes and my mom has a risk since her dad has it too. Also diabetes, high blood pressure, and chronic stuff run on my dad's side. So I have a risk too :/ and sorry about your cousin.
@Sprinkles: I haven't been through a lot but there are fears I have in my life that I can't control, even if I use medication for it. -

You can live a full diabetic life if you eat a proper diet and do physical activity often. My grandparents are in their seventies and they both have diabetes and other heart problems.

Yeah, what lil said... Both my grandparents had diabetes but they lived to the 80's...
