Kat grabbed her stuff, putting it in her bag. The bag shrunk and she slipped it into her pocket.
Rose scuttled outside, and Kat followed, sword strapped against her back. -
Zola placed her satchel over her shoulder, and her sword in her shealth. She normally didn't need it, but you never know when your shadow might get tired.

The two walled toward the town exit, that led toward the forest, then on to the royal city of Cystel, to wait for Zola.

"Going again?" her grandmother asked, and Zola smiled. "I'll be back again, just like last time." She headed out, hoping to catch up with Kat soon.

Kat saw Zola walk over, and smiled. "Ready?"

"Ready."

"Then let's go!^_^"Kat said, walking through the gate and into the forest.

Zola looked back at the town, and followed after.

Soon the town disapeared, and a dirt path apeared. Kat followed it, then stopped when she heard something...sorta like a scream.

"You hear that too?"

"Yeah....should we see what it is?" -
Zola nodded, and started off toward the noise.

Kat followed, and soon they came across a girl, surrounded by four werewolf like creatures.
"Scarewolves...that's odd. They only come out at night."Kat said, then noticed a giant bronze key.
"Help!"the girl yelled.
