I waited. After a few moments Richard wouldn't put on his seat belt, so I grabbed it and put it on him. Then I turned on the car and started driving out of the parking lot.
(Is it weird to feel like you actually are in a moving car when you write about driving a car?) -
( lol, yes )
richard heard the strange machine make a weird noise, then it started moving, he looked out the clear glass and saw things move past, again, he was confused -
(Okay then. I guess I'm feeling weird, then.)
Driving home took twenty minutes or so.
(Be back in 20 min maybe.) -

it took a little while to get home, when they were there, richard got out of the strange thing and tried to close the door, he slammed it shut -
I got out of the car and locked it. I went up to the house, unlocking and opening the door, holding it open for Richard.

richard went inside and sat down on the couch

I sat down next to Richard and sighed.

richard started coughing up black stuff, but he was ok ( lol )

"You okay?" I asked.

"yes" richard said quietly
