No one looked away. One of the teachers called 911, and another boy at the table next to her, took off his jacket and pressed it against the wound to stop the bleeding. I have never seen anything soak through a thick jacket like that blood did. In less than a minute the jacket was soaked all the way through. Luckaly it wasnt much longer than the ambulance got there.
