Maybe later. Right now I'm talking to like 3 other people.
So Orkapotamus, you got a job? -
Not yet dude. I'm babysitting my little sister over the summer and I've been studying to get my permit. But no job yet.
-
Oh yeah that's right, you said you never got your permit even and I teased you saying you should hurry up with that so you don't end up like this loser I know.
-
yep. I remember that. xD
I finally snapped out of that mind set and am going to get it over summer. -
Why wait? It's not too hard to pass a simple computer or written test. I remember when I took it though, they kept screwing me over asking questions that had two decent answers then when I'd pick the one that made more sense I got it wrong.
-
I have the driving manual saved on my computer too. xD
But nah, I could get my permit easy, but if I wait until July, I can skip the permit and get my full license. -
How's that? I know in most states you have to be alteast 15 to get a permit and you have to have the permit atleast 6 months before you can take the drivers license test.
-
I live next to a military base so the permit age is 16. And it would be 7 months in July. They would see that by the time 6 months rolled around I would be 17 and they would actually cut it down to 3 months for me.
I love loopholes in the law. -
Weird but good luck with that, hope it actually works.
So are you gonna have a car or have to just barrow your dad's from time to time? -
my grand parents both work within two blocks of each other. When I get my license, my grandpa will give me his car and he'll go to work with my grandma.
-
Hey Ellis... are you okay?
-
Why wouldn't I be Owl??
@Ork Oh yeah, I forgot you lived with your grandparents for a moment but you had just mentioned your father a bit ago so that's what I was thinking of. -
Tara Renae NewbieI feel like a n00b :(
-
Why would Owl ask me that?
-
And ellis, she's asking because you seem to be a bit out of it. We all remember back when you were an alcoholic. You would uually be alright and on rare occasion you would make a post that had bad grammar and wouldnt make sense but we were expecting that. Now you're talking about how you would rather get high than get drunk and it seems like you're just really spaced out when you talk. We were wondering if the change in habits has changed your mind set at all.
