Stella walked back, hearing voices. The small girl's stomach rumbled, but she decided best to keep walking.

The elf stiffened, fear prickling down her back. "I suggest we run Loor." she said, tension easing in to her voice. "I suggest we run NOW!"

"Why?" Loor asked, opening her window and seeing a small girl around ten or eleven.

The elf chuckled and sighed in relief. "Sorry!" she said "Guess I'm a bit jumpy. That's 200 years of paranoia."

Des put her hands in the lake and tried to heal it shes done it before but the pain that came with healing this was to much and she immeditly drew her hands back to her chest

"Eh, right." A sharp whistle entered the air, and Loor quickly turned off the heat and poured the water into three mugs. She placed tea bags in each one, and beckoned the young girl to come inside.

Stella blinked, and just stared, her eyes sparkling.

"If you're not gonna come in, you don't get tea or cookies. And you look like you could use that, and a hug."

Stella blinked, and walked in catiously, brown eyes searching. She then looked at the girl, and said "Thank you."

"Don't mention it." Loor said, handing her the mug of tea and a cookie.

Stella sipped the tea and nibbled the cookie.
