Loor, not two footsteps away from the door, turned and opened it again. "Can I help you?" she asked, shocked someone would come to her house.

Stella quickly lept over the water to land, and replied "Well it's great that I'm better. I'm Stella"the short little girl said.

"I believe so." she said, expressionless "Although I've been wrong before." She gestured towards the interior. "May I come in?"

"Of course, make yourself at home." Loor said, going to fix up something quick. "I don't get many visitors."

The elf smiled. "I understand that you have certain-abilities." she paused, uncertain of how to go on. "I know this because, well, I'm like you."

"Like me...how, exactly?" Loor asked, setting a kettle of water on the stove.

The elf smiled, shaking her head as she did so, and allowing her silver hair to reveal her pointed ears. "Elf." she explained "I have my ways."

"An...elf? I havn't seen one in forever. Not since the humans drove them all out."

"well....thanks again!" Stella said, running off, maybe past Loor's house.

"How old are you Loor? Be honest."

"I'm sixteen." Loor replied, then looked toward her window as she saw movement.
