Bunnies died, oh my gosh D:
I didn't exactly know when I fell asleep, but I awoke with the sense that something was wrong. -
xD lol, we have to go find her body
Immediately, I was on full alert, and all of the dogs that were laying around automatically paced, their hackles raised. -
Right *starts by looking under table*
I stood and looked around. Whatever it was, it was farther out. -
*looks in pickle jar* :/ hmm...not in here
I ran outside into the cool night. It was now dark, the moon had been pulled under a cover of clouds.
Catiously, I started down the dirt lane that ran by my house. -
*checks inside meh kitty's mouth* Not there, either
I left my protective circle and started out. My senses led me to the right, and who was I to argue with them? -
Oh, I know! *lookz in closet labeled Newbie Killzone* Wierd, not there either :p
As I walked farther down, I got the feeling someone else was there too. Slowly, I crept into the darkest of shadows. -
Damn :/ Where could she be? *scratches head*
I followed my senses until they led my to a dirt road, where they then left me. With my mind clear, I was able to see a shift in the shadows to my left. -
I froze. A dark shape was moving on the road. I held my breath, until I saw white spots, and sucked in a loud gasp of air.
Damn it..., I thought. -
I stopped, hearing a loud gasping sound. "Llum." I whispered, creating a small sphere of light and sending it to the shadows.

Suddenly, it was bright, as though the sun had suddenly been pulled from around the other side of the Earth and brought right above me.
I stumbled onto the road. -
The sphere, after bringing out what lurked in the shadows, settled above my head like a persoonal lamp. "Hello?"

I looked up, and saw another person standing above me.
I stood up and dusted dirt off myself.
"Hi," I said, blocking the light from my eyes with my hand, "Did you hear that scream?" -
"Scream? So that is what's wrong, someone screamed." I said, mostly to myself.

I studied the girl, and saw that the light above her head wasn't a latern or candle or anything solid.
"How are you doing that?" I wondered. -
"Doing what?" I asked, then followed her eyes to the ball. "Oh, sorcery."
