He looked over and noticed the kid running away from a pissed off looking Nisei and stifled a chuckle.

Taji swam toward the shore, curious to what happened.
"Taji!" Aoi grumbled and swam back as well. -
Miharu moved into the water, making his older brother stop. "Afraid of water, nīsan~?"
"N-No!" He attempted to follow but stepped back out. -
Rose giggled, and watched them.

Taji made it over and slashed Miharu. "Be nicer to your brother." He chuckled.

"He's always hittin' me!" He whined.
Nisei glared. "Who brought ya here, ya little brat?!"
"Shut up!"
"You've gotta come out sometime!" He trudged back to his laying spot. -

Rose watched the older boy walk back to his towel, then walked over to Miharu. "Hi!" -
Before he could say anything, Taji was splashed by Aoi. "Whatcha sticking up for the sophomore for? Do you know him?" He questioned.
"He's just a kid I met at work." He started swimming back toward the waves. -
"You watch your mouth!" Miharu shouted at Aoi. "We're from a kabuki family. We have a lot of power and respect." He looked back at Rose. "Gomen..."
