How to neutralize blue hair color? Use Shrine Toning drops in the shade peach. Mix with some conditioner. Saturate the bottom of hair to cancel out blue. For the top, add more conditioner into the formulation. Saturate and hope it cancels out the blue. Use wild orange dye. Orange neutralizes blue -
