Gosh I hate some of Tim Burton's adaptations. I wholeheartedly think he's bad at doing whimsy when he's adapting whimsical stories. Dumbo famously sucked but I can't STAND his STUPID UGLY B L A N D adaptations of Alice in wonderland and Charlie in the chocolate factory. IT SUCKS

When mentioning tim Burton, you also have to mention his very apparent racism. He refuses to cast black people in his projects
