Therapy mysteriously stopped billing me for copays, and if that's the new policy that I don't have to pay them now, am I going to get refunded for the ones they made me pay? -

My designated driver is threatening to not take me to get surgery because they don't like the way I scheduled without asking my dentist and all that even though this was an EMERGENCY CASE.
