Honestly, I think it's between Inuyasha and Zayne. Xavier has been eliminated because:

Protective
All qualities Inuyasha also possesses...however...I'm a sucker for those ears and his whole puppy personality. I'd give anything to give Inuyasha headpats. 😭 He's even practically immortal if physical harm doesn't kill him, so he even has that quality like Xavier. Also, Inuyasha loves to explore, unlike Xavier, so I wouldn't have to beg him to get out of bed and do something. -
Honestly, even though Zayne knows a lot about health and knows how to be mature and stuffs, I think I'd rather have Inuyasha. Idk. Something about his sweet yet derpy attempts to be helpful... It's endearing.
