Why do I feel like dinner is going to be something I don't want? Like, I smell those frozen squash packets that get all mushy and tasteless when you heat them...

Who tf thinks broiled chicken breast tastes good? And it's so thick. How am I supposed to feel like eating all that? And there wasn't enough of the other food to get more of that and less chicken, so I'll be hungry if I don't eat all my chicken... -
I don't want to take my meds...
