I'm gonna tell my friend, it's gonna make me feel worse if I don't tell her. But then again, I really don't want her to know cause idk, i don't want anyone to know really... But here I am telling the people on here... Only because no one on here, that I know of, knows me irl. so I don't have to deal with people worrying about me irl, and having to deal with me
Plus, humour is my coping mechanism ... As well as bottling things up... And recently a bit of sh... -

I did a harm... My ankle has a small cut on it now, it didn't bleed but it's a cut nonetheless... Ha ha sh..... Humour is my coping mechanism

imsoclueless Seniorjust, if it starts making your chest hurt or makes it hard for you to breathe, i'd recommend maybe taking it off for a bit? give your lungs a bit of space??

23:46 3rd day in a row I have not taken it off, it's definitely warm and also having to wear socks so the cut on my ankle isn't seen isn't fun either, but I need to do a sleep -
23:28 I have finally taken off my binder + my finger nom is healing + my ankle cut is also healing
