going on trial today
on one hand it's about time. I've been waiting for closure on this case forever it feels like. it's been nearly two years and I'm over it.
on the other hand, I know this isn't going to go well for me. I know that as far as representing myself I have done woefully little in the way of gathering evidence in support of myself. frankly, I'm not sure what I could have gotten together. how do I prove this particular point? -

it was a trial regarding my accident when I fell asleep and crashed my car two years ago. sentencing is in August.

it's gonna be alright, mika, please don't fret. there's no jail time on the line. they're talking about a fine and points on my driver's license. which sucks too, but it could be worse.
