The pain isn't too bad, but it's bad enough that I can't flex it too much. People have asked me 20 times in the past half an hour: "Oh my god, how did you do it?!" -
I’m not sure. Since I’m a much higher belt than usual, I stopped taking traditional Mudokwan taekwondo and now I’m doing a more modern approach to it
