I used to think mayo is gross, I mean it's like mostly eggs, that's disgusting. Mayo alone is pretty bad. HOWEVER, mayo is used to make so many other different condiments, it's essential and deserves a high ranking. Like mcdonalds and burger king both use mayo in their sauce, and I'm sure a lot of other places do too
