why do people think carbs = fat
it doesn't. -
Carbohydrates= energy
When you eat carbohydrates, the digestive system breaks down the digestible ones into sugar. Excess sugar is then stored as fat
I'm not a nutritionist, but I do have health issues which requires me to understand the relationships between nutrients. It's not as simple as carbs=fat, but they can be stored as fat if you're overeating -
