so theres a school dance coming up in a month (march) and I dont really have anyone that i wanna go with. I need help with starting to talk to people so that I might ask one of them to go with me. but like, idk how

A good way to start conversation is to ask them simple questions (ex: how are you doing, what's your favorite class, what's a hobby you like, etc.) then once you’re comfortable then you can ask them to go to the dance with you, and just be yourself. And if they say no, remember that's their loss, not yours, and don't stress over it too much. You'll find someone that'll go with you! It’ll all work out in the end. I believe in you! <3
Although also, don’t force yourself to go with someone if you don’t actually wish to go with someone.
