Omg yes zilla. Godplay was so taboo in my childhood. I wasn't allowed to play the Sims as a kid because it was "pretending to be God" lmao

True enough. Though then it becomes a game of counters. "I was older and thought of that, enchanting myself ages ago". "My move really does this". "I thought of that too!". It's just more annoying trying to actually participate in a "god" war
