i looked it up and severe violence or anger can cause headaches or migraines
the reason watching a comfort streamer cured the headache was bc that anger went away temporarily -

im SO close to f---ing slamming her knuckles into the table repeatedly until they start bleeding and becoming crippled and slamming her head into the wall 🙂
