What do you think is the worst/meanest animal and why

If you died, and if the deity of death decided to give you another chance, would you rather be reincarnated as an animal (prey animals, such as rabbits-) or be in Limbo, haunting someone else, but in eternal suffering?

Orcas belong to the dolphin family and are ridiculously sadistic, like the way they kill seals is brutal and sometimes they just do it for funsies

Dolphins smack pufferfish around bc the toxins get them high and they're also intelligent and are more likely to violate your human rights than help you if you're drowning
