I looked back on so many things and while I am almost always struggling because of my illness, I am happier than I used to be, ngl

I feel absolutely embarrased breaking down just because I've had moodswings. But when I'm sad it's like.. anguish or extreme sorrow instead of just feeling eh. Every emotion is blown to am extreme for me and when I reach baseline, I'm just empty. I hate baseline but I also hate everything I feel.
And I think only a few people could EVER understand. -
I don't hate everything I feel. I have a lot of love to give, I love very deeply, but when I dislike someone that disdain is also deep.
