For me, not much. But I am currently practicing my character base poses. I've done lineart for all my life of being an artist, so sketching actually does really help. But it wastes my eraser so much. :

I second that. Whenever I feel like it. Sometimes it's every day. Sometimes every other day. Sometimes I don't make art for a whole week. The longest is an entire month. You?
