My friend dropped me and now she only talks to me when people acknowledge the performances I’ve been in.
“Oh, I was in that too! Remember, Brooke? The part that I got? How good I was?”
She just got the lead in our school play, too, and her popularity levels are going up
She’s also apparently homophobic now, when she used to identify as bisexual (and she was the one I could confide in when I was struggling with my sexuality)
Whenever I’m talking to one of my friends who happen to be popular, she’ll take them away from me and start her own conversation with them.
She also only talks to me if it’s about my older sister who she thinks she’s best friends with
“Hey, *sister’s name* did this. What does it mean??” “*Sister’s name* is doing something, do you think I’m allowed to come?” “Hey guys! Did you know I’m friends with *sister’s name*?”
Apparently she asks my sister nearly every day if they’re best friends
My sister tells me she’s annoying, but always says yes whenever she asks.
I’m sick of her and clapping for her in that play was one of the hardest things I’ve done lately -
The coughing hasn't stopped

While we weren’t looking, two of my siblings decided not to take the basket that holds our shoes (it has… 20? 25? pairs) but to take just the shoes in it
I have no idea how we didn’t catch them
They’re playing shoe shop in their room now -
Ever have those moments where you can swear people are calling your name, but it turns out nobody is asking for you?
