They said once I was an adult, things would get easier, and my emotions would be more regulated, but it seems more like the opposite is happening. I'm confused, I keep changing my mentality like it's a song on a playlist, and I feel myself becoming more unstable. I can't really tell what I really am, and what I pretend to be. They blend together.
I kinda feel like an Alternate, like this is just an Alternate mimicking my body/form and pretending to be me -
