If she calls the cops again, I would advise having someone talk to them and explain that your neighbor is harassing your family (and the community) by constantly monitoring/recording everyone. Furthermore, you could argue that she is their time. If you've kept count of how many times they've had to come out on her call, it would help make a point that she is abusing their leniency.
You might be able to make a threat that you will take legal action if she continues to record you/your family if you haven't already. People don't usually take legal threats well. -

Sorry, I am eating and typing at the same time lol -
So she agreed to talk things out with my aunt, only after we called the cops and reported her for false claims and monitoring a minor (me).
Hopefully things will get better. -
