Yea like I'm sitting here all unwell so it just made me curious what the rest of yall usually eat and drink while ur unwell??? Lmk >:)

I don’t eat
I get really nauseous and throw up everything I do eat -
Soup with crackers. Warm broth is good on the throat and pretty filling, even if you can't eat the other contents
Sprite/Ginger ale are the go-to drinks for an upset stomach in our house. Works every time
Tea with honey for a sore throat -
From what I remember
it was chicken Broth and ginger ale
then there is me
Tea,Tea and more Tea
Especially when I struggled with asthma
Thing about tea is Variety
Coughing and sneezing Fit?
Herbal Mint tea
Low energy?
Earl grey, lady grey and Chai tea were my choices
heart related? Hibiscus tea (with no sugar or milk, Its a Sin to add anything to Hibiscus tea. Naturally it has A unique Profile as well Being Tangy and sweet. Relieving and relaxing.) Is my go to and I could drink it for days. also perfect for sore throat. -
Sometimes we do cream of chicken soup with rice
Just add rice to the cream of chicken soup -
Waters

I can't stand the taste of chicken soup anymore, so instant ramen
Plus tea
Lots and lots of tea -
Dad used to make me drink Gatorade and orange juice. He would also buy a big bag of oranges. For the vitamins. Also, ginger ale. And sometimes Pedialyte to keep hydrated. Pedialyte popsicles help too
Gramma would make chicken soup with those little oyster saltines. And mashed potatoes. -
Mom would make some apple tea that s--- was some healing potion. s--- worked like a charm

My go to when I was younger was chicken noodle!
As far as drinks; sprite works wonders (for some reason); and for me I like chamomile with cinnamon sticks :3 -
ramen noodles and sprite with cheese crackers or toast
