Not very good. My mental state kinda deteriorated and my anxiety and depression are worse. I do have a girlfriend tho, some new friends and am doing well in school.

I'm sorry to here that! Are things maybe getting any better at least? I'm really glad you're back. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
I'm doing well. I think everyone is mostly just really busy right now. -
Not really. I have anxiety meds and took three yesterday, not to mention some pain meds because I fell off my bike and screwed my leg up. My friend keeps blaming herself. I've been having nightmares and all this fun stuff.
That's good. School has officially started for everyone by now. -
Do you mind if I ask what's been causing your anxiety? I know how that feels. I hope you're leg feels better soon and things start to get better for you. That sounds incredibly stressful
It has! My siblings have said that school is extra hard this year because the transition out of Covid was really hard on their mental health. I wish there was more support for students -
Just a lot of stuff. I get really anxious over something small and it blows insanely out of proportion. Like if I'm out with friends I'm afraid of being too annoying and I get really anxious.
Yeah. As a kid who has a lot of issues with bullies and stuff, going back to public school is very hard. -

I completely understand that. I also struggle with anxiety so I know how that feels. External stressors can make you really sensitive to the smallest of things too, you know? It's always important to remind yourself that your reactions are valid and you're most definitely not a burden

@ Mint No, I'm in a new school, first year in Iowa, but I get bullied because I'm from the East Coast, I'm pansexual and openly dating a girl, dress different, talk different, act different, hang out with the weird kids and so on.
