Fact About Star Wars:
Samuel L. Jackson wanted a purple lightsaber for his character, Mace Windu, so that he would be able to watch the movie and easily be able to spot himself among the other Jedi during the Battle of Geonosis. His lightsaber was also engraved with the letters "BMF", we all know what that means.
Chewbacca, during the original movies, had to be protected so that he would not be mistaken by a wild animal- and shot by hunters.
