i stopped my meds completely because i couldn’t get to my doctor that’s also an hour away, def not recommending that/encouraging it but yk. i relate. adequate mental health care is hard to access

UGH and like in the age of zoom calls, it should be more accessible, no? but my insurance doesn't cover virtual appointments and half the places ONLY offer virtual :')
