First of all I'd love to hear about what tattoos you guys have or plan on getting, second of all I wanted to ask for some advice and get your opinion on some things.

I'm a terrible sucker for thinking my ideas are original only to be terribly disappointed when I find out they're not at all. I don't need it to be totally original and I just want to feel connected to my tattoos and not like I was tricked into thinking my idea was original when the truth is that everyone and their mother has it.
I wanted a tattoo to represent my connection with nature and really wanted a sternum pieces. I love bugs and originally wanted a cicada but though it might look strange so I decided to go with my second favorite bug, a moth. Now, I've been sitting on the idea for about three years trying to find the right artist and I finally scheduled a consultation, just to find out recently that moths are one of the most popular sternum pieces to get done and are a big trend. I had no clue as I had never researched but now I'm hesitant to go through with my consultation that's coming up because I feel like if I get it it won't feel special or unique since I learned its such a hugely popular tattoo. Obviously my tattoo is for me and not anyone else but it's just really bothering me right now. -

I plan to get a Medusa tattoo, its been a plan for years along w a few others I'd like. But I was thinking of getting it on my 21st
As for your moth tattoo issue, maybe you could get it somewhere else? -
I want to get the Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines logo on my left wrist. I want the Final Fantasy logo somewhere on my back, and I want the Clan Tremere symbol from VTM on my back, preferably behind my right shoulder. And I also plan to get matching Sailor Moon tattoos somewhere with my little brother
I haven't gotten any yet because I work with children and families. I want the VTMB logo to be my first, on my wrist, but the location is non-negotiable and I don't want to look unprofessional. I guess I'm waiting until I get the balls to do it or at least come up with a good way to hide it
You should get the tattoo you want and not worry about what other people think -
Honestly, it would be cool to have a tattoo. Who ever says that they are bad have no reasons or evidence. I want to get one in the future, but I don’t know what it should be yet.

If I ever get a tattoo, I'd like it to be something small and personal, maybe something a bit basic but sentimentalial

That makes sense. There is a tattoo removal also though…
