You'd be surprised. I originally thought that very same idea when I first moved here. The heat of the gravy melts the cheese, and it's delectable.

Yes! Surprisingly, yes. I hate marshmallows, and I thought it was weird to put 'em on top of yams, but it tastes...like heaven. Every time we had them, I'm the guilty culprit of eating them up.
