The ones with dots are the capitol cities, and the other names are the countries them selves

Where did these names come from?

Well that's a really varied question since it actually depends!
So I'll break it down:
All of the Emerald Isles names come from either celtic mythology, trees, natural phenomenon or celtic history.
The country itself is named after Ireland
Lethe gets its name from Greek mythologies, river Lethe, as the country of Lethe is surrounded by a fog that causes memory loss.
The Arcadian archipelago comes fron the Greek Arcadia, and its cities are named after birds, arthurian, biblical and Greek mythologies
The Republic of Fortuna comes from roman mythology
Arum comes from the Latin word for Gold, and the others are mostly just words put together
Inkoria comes from the word ink and was a gtq country about five- six years ago?
Tamlin, setanta, cameia, viviane all come from arthurian and celtic mythology
Valar comes from the word valor
Dragoria from the word dragon
Iridia comes from iridescent
Floria comes from both Flora and fluoride
Avran and omovia are both randomn words -
