Figured out why your chest goes out when you suck your stomach in.
Your diaphragm contracts, which makes your chest go up, and stretches everything on your stomach to make it thinner. -
That was one of the most boring things I've ever done.

IBS is just weird, you can't eat oddly specific things.
Like I can have pretty much anything dairy.
But if I have too much cheddar cheese or chocolate it upsets my stomach.
And cream of wheat just wrecks my stomach, I felt sick every morning I had that stuff.
I can only have eggs if the yolk is hard.
I can't have popcorn made on the stovetop, but I can if it's from a bag or a popper.
It's so picky and choosey it's weird. -

It's funny thinking that there are multiple websites that cover mild curiosities of the average person, like when the clothespin was invented, and things like that.
It makes me wonder how genuinely invested they were to making whole articles on such mundane topics. -
