we’re gonna move to another state pretty soon. I’m rlly sad bc I have so many friends in this town, and I have a best friend

i moved from a town to this town a while ago, and it was tough
but it wasn’t as tough as it would be now since I was younger back then -
it’s just so much harder to make friends as you get older, + I’ll be leaving everyone i love and care about

in a new school I can’t imagine how much I’d mess up

As someone who lived in one state most of my life and abruptly moved across the country in the middle of my high school years, I empathize with you. If you need any advice or support, I'm also here for you.
If it helps any, there will always be others who are new too! And there will be people who are welcoming. The right people will find you (or vice versa). -
