i saw a thing that said that the reason relationships are so difficult nowadays is because we feel like we have more options than we do, when in reality we dont

so thats why a lot of people think that theres always someone better out there and why they cant commit to somebody that isnt 100% perfect for them

but heres my thing

i dont really need a boyfriend
like yes i'd like one, but i dont need one
and i could go the rest of high school without one because frankly, when im lonely, i hit up my friends
when im sad, i call my friends
like im already loved by my closest friends so i dont know what a bf is supposed to do -
so not really looking for a boyfriend because love comes from other places
which is why i'm waiting for someone who meets my standards, because theyre literally normal
all i want is a wholesome, driven, ambitious, and nice guy with a good smile
its not that hard -
and the right person will come along eventually
