I hate how there r so many types of exercises
Like can I just run and that be all
Like I don’t wanna lift weights -
I prefer natural body exercises
Pushups and dat -
But since I also do Martial arts cardio is important

i have diagnosed scoliosis, so it’s rlly hard to find exercises to do without permanently damaging my back

Ok so I’m gonna split the running into 15 minute quarters. Take a break for 10, then run again.
Just ran 1.11 miles in 15 minutes, burning 110 cal, and running at level 4.5-5.5 -

i also do walking lunges and lunges, but I feel like I can only do exercises for my legs -

The worst thing about working out for me is that I never feel good afterwards. Everyone’s like, “Working out is so refreshing, and I feel so good after it.”
But I’m dying bc I’ve ruined my hair that I JUST gave a blowout and I have to redo it and then I have to shower and showers are just Ugh -
I feel so disgusting after running on the treadmill. Which is why I think I should just go on more nature hikes.
