Ok so
I wasn’t even walking that fast but I was wearing socks on a hardwood floor, so I slipped on the top step and my feet came out from under me. I literally fell on my back, and all the stair things hit my back
So I think I’m officially broken -

I literally could not breathe. For maybe a good 30 seconds but it felt like forever.
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the weirdest feeling bc it’s like, “why tf can’t I breathe” -
I’ll be fine but I think I bruised my entire back haha
