i literally cant hear anything rn

When did you stop hearing right?

It happened a few weeks ago. I can still hear but everything seems very distant. Theres also a very distinct noise that I hear over all of the other sounds that I hear.
Like the noise that I hear doesnt actually exist, but I still here it bc my ears are stupid or sum -
I lost almost all my sense of smell permanently when I got Covid. I can only smell things if they are intense or, like, right next to my nose. Food was NEVER the same.

I think its the weather or pressure or something
